In recent days, three successful celebrities took their own lives.

About two months ago, a DJ known as Avicii took his own like. Last week both fashion designer Kate Spade and celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain took their own lives.

The latest figures from the Centers for Disease Control show suicide rates have been rising for the past two decades.

Adam Graham, program director for the only 24-hour walk-in crisis center in Tennessee, spoke to Fox 17 News at 4 p.m. about how to get helped for loved ones who are struggling.
